One time surcharge
|
A one-time transportation surcharge of $25.00 shall be levied against any application identified to be 100 miles one way outside of the closest inspectors assigned area. | $25.00 |
| Additional Visit | A visit fee of $35.00 will be charged for every additional visit over the total number of visits provided within the schedule of fees. | $35.00 |
| Duplicated Certificated | A written request for a duplicate certificate will be granted for a fee of $25.00. | $25.00 |
| Special Handling | Special Handling, processing, and overnight delivery of a certificate of compliance, $50.00 | $50.00 |
| Applications not filed | Applications not filed with all pertinent information are subject to a $20 correction fee. | $20.00 |
| Stand-By | Stand-by fee for Electrical Inspection Personnel will be charged at $65.00 per hour. | $65.00 |
| Withdraw Applications | Applicants who withdraw an application are subject to an application withdrawal fee of $25.00 | $25.00 |
